Comedy show starts at 7PM with a mix and mingle right after!

Barrie Millennial Meetups is a community and event host that for the past year has been connecting local people, typically, 42 years old and under within the Simcoe County Region and surrounding area.

A majority of Millennial events people come ALONE and then leave having felt more connected and met at least one new person (if not many more) in this safe supportive community and these events lay the grounds for continued connections and relationships to form moving forward in our local area!

Are you a single? Are you in a couple? Are you looking for a wholesome way to get connected locally, are open to meeting new people, and looking for fun social events locally? Well check out The Millennial Connection! This event will start with a comedy show with a mix and mingle event with games and prizes!

Headliner EVAN DUBOIS is a witty, 23 year old, ginger with a guitar. Using his mix of stories, observations and songs, there is always something for everyone! He’s been featured at Just for Laughs Toronto, Toronto Sketchfest, Philly Sketch Fest, The Georgian Bay Comedy Festival, The Toronto Fringe Festival, and he’s worked for companies like Yuk Yuks! He recently released his debut live comedy album through Cottage Comedy Digital entitled, “A Child Made This”.

MC JESSE RALPH Bored and raised in Newmarket, Jesse Ralph recently appeared at Just For Laughs Toronto as part of Mike Rita’s 420 show. Jesse has performed at The House of Comedy in BC, did a set at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles and headlined a gas station in Northern Ontario. Ralph has roasted The NHL Network on SiriusXM and the morning show on 102.1 The Edge. If you’re still reading this, buy a ticket.

FEATURING REBECCA REEDS Rebecca is a Toronto-based standup comedian, writer and podcaster. She can be heard on Sirius XM, The Debaters, and CBC’s LOL. Past festival appearances include Just For Laughs, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, JFL42 and Hubcap Comedy Festival. You can listen to her debut album Buddy on all major streaming platforms. Rebecca co-hosts the award-winning podcast The Villain Was Right and the new podcast Comedians in Dungeons Getting Dragons both featured on The From Superheroes Network.

Featuring JAY ELLIS
Jay started in comedy in 2021 via virtual shows (Zoom baby). Mostly observational comedy about mundane life. Originally from small town Simcoe County, has now resided in Barrie for fifteen years and can never afford to move again. Currently gaining in person experience in Barrie and area but very much missing the mute button. Achievements include, is usually on time for things, rarely late, and generally punctual.
