As a two-time Canadian National Poetry Slam Champion, Dwayne has been wowing audiences since 1993 with his powerful performances and socially conscious message. He’s even shared the stage with heavy hitters like Russell Peters and Alicia Keys, as well as collaborating with Canadian superstar Drake.

But this event isn’t just about Dwayne’s incredible talent. It’s also about building community and inspiring creativity. Anyone who wants to share their words is welcome to sign up for the open mic portion of the evening.
