Founded by banjoists Tim Posgate, Jason Mercer, and Teilhard Frost, Mondo Banjo is a one-of-a-kind festival celebrating the banjo in all its forms. Set on beautiful Wolfe Island, this three-day gathering features concerts, workshops, collaborations, and artists from across genres including folk, jazz, old-time, experimental, and global music. Mondo Banjo brings together adventurous musicians and curious audiences for a joyful, boundary-pushing celebration of one of the world’s most versatile instruments.
